CompoClay is composed of natural and abundant materials to protect our limited resources and promote
environmental sustainability.

MINERAL COMPOUNDS
CompoClay is primarily made up of a mixture of the top five most abundant minerals in the Earth’s crust.

WATER
The most abundant natural resource by volume in the world, covering 70.9% of the Earth’s surface.

SAND GRAINS
A naturally occurring granular material made up of finely divided rock and minerals.

SEA SALT
A natural mineral that results from evaporated seawater.

RECYCLED COAL COMBUSTION PRODUCTS
Coal Combustion Products (CCPs) are the materials produced from the combustion of coal.  Instead of
sending CCPs to the landfills, CompoClay reuses it, incorporating it into its material formulation.

REINFORCING FIBERS
Lightweight, non-toxic glass fibers that increase the physical strength of CompoClay.
