OPEN POSITION: Operations Assistant
LOCATION: Alameda, CA


This position is an Operations Assistant reporting directly to the CEO. In this position you will also help support all of the department administrative requirements for our management staff. This position requires a strong foundation in executive support, a proactive attitude and the ability to manage constantly shifting priorities. You must be able to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature, interact comfortably and skillfully with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as with customers, vendors and visitors. The individual will be expected to apply common sense and execute tasks with minimal direction, exercise diplomacy, respect and possess the ability to show positive professionalism at all times. The successful candidate will be trustworthy and be a true team player.

CompoClay partners with the City of Alameda and the Greater Alameda Business Association (GABA) to recreate the signs at Alameda’s Historic Train Stations.  On Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 5:30 p.m., the first of the seven new green signs will be unveiled at the Willow Station, located at Willow Street and Lincoln Avenue.  The public is invited and encouraged to attend this celebration.
